Ms. Madhubala Dave (Membership No. FCS-12218) is an Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (lCSI) and holds Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University, having experience of 6+ years of diverse experience in field of Corporate Governance. She has experience in handling works relating to Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, public issue management, takeover regulations, various Listing formalities with the Stock Exchange, and Corporate Law Compliance including regulatory approvals and other Secretarial Matters of Insolvency and bankruptcy code.

She also has experience of regulatory approvals and licenses required and covered under Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), Pollution Control Board, Factories Act.
