Madhura is the President of Marketing and is working with CIAN from 2015 bringing in focus on the start-up business and brand development activities

Madhura holds a Bachelors of Engineering Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Nagpur University and a Business management executive degree from IIM, Calcutta.

She is responsible for the company’s marketing and communication strategies, design of sales strategies, branding and image. She also leads the technology development of the company internally and externally to formulate and develop a technology centric business strategy , anticipate the market demands and arrive at well researched, formulated product line.

She is a Director of Samruddhi cooperative Bank Ltd, Nagpur and is a member of Pune Sewa sadan Society ,Nagpur which focuses on women’s education.
